Can I return my Anders Gift Box?
We stock limited quantities of the unique products in our gift boxes to make sure we always have something Anders* for you (*Anders is Dutch for different). Therefor we don't take returns; all sales are final. If anything is wrong with the product you received, of course we will make sure we find a solution. Just contact us at email@example.com or call +1 (404) 721 3040. If your order has processed, but you need to change something, please reach out to us as well and we will be happy to help.
There is something wrong with a product I got, what do I do?
Oh no! Make sure you get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your Anders Gift Box at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1 (404) 721 3040. We will either exchange, replace or (partially) refund the item if our gift box did not reach you as it should have. A (partial) refund could be in the form of store credit if you received the box as a gift and was shipped directly to you.
To be able to track your proof of purchase please reference the order number or just reply to our order confirmation. Did you receive our box as a gift? Then please mention the name, email and/or address of the gift giver (who has very good taste and is a great friend, obviously).
I was offered a refund but it's not in my bank account/credit card yet.
Banks and credit card companies usually take a couple of business days to process refunds. So if we issued you a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reach you.
