PAYMENT

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shopify Pay and PayPal.

SHIPPING

What are my shipping options?

Shipping within the U.S. is free! Do you need express shipping or shipping to multiple addresses? Please contact us and we'll set it up!

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on the destination. Please note costs associated with customs clearance and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Where is my order?

We will ensure your order is shipped not later than the following business day. You will automatically receive updates throughout the shipping process starting with the printing of the shipping label. Of course, you will also receive a notice once your gift is delivered. You can also check the status of your order in your account.

How long will it take to arrive?

Usually between two and five business days depending on the distance the package has to travel from our location in Atlanta, GA. Please contact us if you need express shipping.

What will it look like at delivery?

It will be stunning in our exclusive Anders gift box! Your gift will arrive in a protective mailer to keep it looking great during shipment. Inside the mailer will be the unique Anders gift box you selected. Once opened the box will reveal Anders custom tissue paper, and a product information card. The box will be filled with matching colored crinkle paper (to protect the items during shipment). Some of the more delicate items may have additional protective wrappings. You can also add a personal message that will be on the gift tag at checkout.

This is a gift; I don’t want a receipt or price tags inside the box.

No worries all of our boxes are shipped without price tags and your receipt is sent to you electronically so the recipient will not know how much it cost.

There is an issue with my shipment!

We will do our best to make it right, just send us an email at hello@shopanders.com and we will respond within 24 hours. Be sure to include your order number.

OTHER ISSUES

What is your return policy?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges (since we keep limited stock of the European imported products we sell). However, if there was an issue with a product, we will make it right! Read our full Return Policy here .

Have an emergency, forgot a birthday or anniversary and need a special gift fast?

We got you. We're not officially miracle workers but we come pretty close. Just send an email to hello@shopanders.com with URGENT in the subject line (and tons of !!!) and we will get to work right away.
